Alice Omero was struggling between life and death when she was 8 years old following an infected vaccine syringe needle that caused her a severe Hepatitis. (In those days they didn’t change the syringe needle after each patient).

Luckily her body overcame the infection, and she was released from the hospital with a series of nutritional instructions that improved her liver condition and restored her health. This was her first encounter with the power of nutrition.
Alice devoted her adult years to nutrition research, and health. Her economy and statistic studies and knowledge helped her analyze studies and research articles.
Now as a life coach she helps improve people’s life and health. Her specialty is to invent healthy and nutritious food that is delicious and tasty that even her children (the greatest challenge) would love to eat.
